The program is designed to educate and train coaches, ensuring that they receive the necessary knowledge and expertise to take their coaching skills to the next level. 

The Optimus Coach Development Program Clinics will be conducted by an international expert approved by IODA, and the content will be tailored to the specific needs of the Host Members.
