THIS CALENDAR INCLUDES INTERNATIONAL REGATTAS WHICH

  • are nominated by a member National Optimist Association, and;
  • in the case of more than one regatta per member, were attended in the previous year by sailors from at least five countries.

Other regattas may be included for special reasons at the absolute discretion of IODA. More events may be found on the websites of member National Associations.

NOTES:

  • IODA Worlds and Continental Championships (in CAPITALS) are open only to teams entered by National Optimist Associations;
  • Regional Regattas may be restricted to sailors from that region.
  • Events listed as International are those that were attended in the previous year by sailors from at least five countries.
